Awww scruffy is adorable! Thanks for sharing his pic! i use Photo Bucket and have Vista, it works fine with each other. Photo Bucket can be confusing on which form to use. On photo bucket for this forum you click on the bottom link under the photo, where it say's IMG. In case you didn't know that. Smile

Thanks GracieMay,
I have been struggling with Photobucket for days now and whatever I have managed to accomplish I owe to Marge. I will keep on trying, I know not what will appear but it's fun. Love these little furballs, they are so sweet.
Thanks for the compliment.

many thanks[/url]

edit: I noticed a post about Photobucket that looks complete, I'll give them a try. Stay tuned! Shocked

I was trying to change my avatar pic, and now I have nothing,
and when I try to submit a new one, I keep getting the message
"the URL of the remote avatar is not valid" It is on photobucket
just like the others were. What could I be doing wrong??????

Are you picking up the right link under the photo on Photobucket. I know I did that once. I think you have to use the http thing, but if that does not work try one at a time.

On Photobucket to change your Avatar you copy "Direct Link" and paste in your profile. If you already have something in the Avatar (and you said yours was empty) you would delete, submit, then paste your the Direct Link from Photobucket. Hope this makes sense, if not, PM me.

Oh forgot something, don't forget to re-size your picture to "tiny" for the Avatar.

Char

Thank you ladies, I finally got it, but as you can see,
it is HUGE. I will now work on changing its size.

The only way I have been able to re-size on photo bucket is to select the "tiny" size then upload the picture you want again to Photobucket. I can't resize an existing picture, it is too hard.

Try that.
